Community Support Specialist

Job Description:

· Set, plan and implement communication campaigns and strategies.

· Oversee training and community building events to ensure a good balance of educational, lead generating and sales related events and members engagement.

· Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.

· Follow up on leads to invite for events.

· Respond to customers in a timely manner

· Proactively gather data on customers’ and members’ business objectives and services that could help them achieve their objectives.

· Seek opportunities to engage members to discover and discuss members’ objectives, i.e. using member service request as an opportunity to learn more about members, member’s business and any other needs members may have.

· Identify opportunities and act on them to connect members.

· Design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience.

· Recommend best practices, including but not limited to community management, sales, events, training, and member experience on a company-wide level.

· Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews

· Coordinate with Marketing team

· Liaise with Development and Sales departments

· Build relationships with customers, members and industry professionals

Job Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role

· Experience planning and leading community initiatives

· Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs

· Well-verse in both English and Chinese

· Excellent verbal communication skills

· Excellent writing skills

· Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

· Ability to interpret website traffic

· Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver

· BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Salary Range:
RM3,000 – RM3,500 (Basic salary commensurate with relevant experience and qualification)

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

Sunway Nexis, Kota Damansara
