Community Executive’s aim is to ensure best user experience when onboarding communities during post-sales. This would include offline activities such as coordinating with internal & communities to spread awareness through onboarding events, pitching to communities, exciting users to get onboard, connecting & understanding the needs of the community, and maintaining good relationship with communities.
• Effective coordination between internal team and communities for events
• Conduct briefings or events to communicate product
• Willing to work on Weekends
• Possess own transport
• Outspoken, Proactive & Passionate personality
• Willing to conduct public speaking
• Fluent local language and understanding of local culture required
• A team player with strong work ethics
• Ability to work under pressure
