Job Description

We are looking for robust individual to join our team to work with us on administrative needs as well as support digital marketing efforts. You will get to experience the excitement of a startup, gaining exposure across functions whilst growing your digital marketing skills.

How old are we: We are nearly 2 years old
Where do we stand now: We have workable product with soft launch completed. We are working on marketing efforts to take product to mass market.
Existing Team: We are team of 10 based out of Malaysia and Indonesia
Currently, we are working-from-home, you will be needed at the office on-and-off.
Job Description

  • Clerical work inclusive HR and Finance documentation
  • Support digital marketing activities e.g. social media posts, client communication
  • Administrative support for all company activities
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor(s) degree/Diploma in any field.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills are preferred.
  • Excellent administrative skills and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Demonstrable ability to work independently
  • Excellent personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to work to and meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of people both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication. Good command of English
  • High level of accuracy in all work with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to respond positively and proactively to colleagues and external contacts
