OBJECTIVE

The Wanderclass Clients Relationship Officers (CRO) are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer feedback is priceless to Wanderclass, and therefore the CRO is a very important role in Wanderclass. Problem-solving also comes naturally to Clients Relationship Officers. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

Ultimately, the goal for Clients Relationship Officer is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Liaise closely with students, fitness instructors and venues using ZenDesk, social media platforms, by phone and face to face.
  2. Act as liaison, provide product and services information as well as resolve any emerging problems that our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Managing incoming calls and customer inquiries
  4. Generating sales leads for Business Development Team
  5. Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  8. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  9. Follow communication procedures, guideline and policies.
  10. Take the extra mile to engage customers

REQUIREMENTS

——————————-
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Familiarity with Zendesk or other CRM systems is a plus.
* Track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* High school/Diploma
