Job Description:

  • To provide administrative support to Finance department, which includes but not limited to:
    – Do document filling.
    – Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
    – Contact and follow up with vendor(on-going) to get certified true copy documents for incomplete filing.
  • Data-entry & record updating
  • Submit checklist daily to update daily progress.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.


  • Must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification.
  • Computer literate and have knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Organized person and good in planning the work schedule.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Temporary role with 3 months fixed term contract
    *May extend to 6 months for other support based on the performance
