Customer Care Executive Mandarin Speaking

Responsibilities:-

·         Responsible to 1st level support, handling and updating of unresolved cases ie. Log, track, escalate, monitor and follow up to closure with data accuracy by updating into the database.

·         To provide remote troubleshooting support through voice, e-mail and remote support to our clients, filing, enquiries, quotation and new service requests internal / external, obtain quotations form vendor and raise P.O.

·         To handle all escalation issues effectively and ensure agreed Service Levels are consistently met and delivered with Customer Satisfaction.

·         To ensure processes and procedures are consistently followed and produce service desk reports.

·         Submit Daily reports to customer/management.

·         Adhere to standard operating escalation procedures and customer complaints at all times.

·         Other assigned adhoc service on new business.

·         To provide training and on the job guidance to customer service officer

 

Requirements:-

·         Candidate has at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

·         Candidates with ITIL certificate or other Professional certificate in Call Center/Help desk is a plus.

·         Good working knowledge in call center & help desk service operations.

·         Willingness to work on rotational standby (from home) with an assigned standby phone on 24/7 basis for call center support.

·         Willingness to work on 24/7 shift for call center/help desk (include weekend and public holidays)

·         Preferable candidate to be able to converse in Mandarin and strong in English communication & written.

·         Ability to work as a team and response tactfully to customer request, complaints or problems.

·         Computer literate and ability to handle Word/Excel software

·         Frehsh graduates with Mandarin speaking are welcome to apply.
