Business Operation Manager Job Duties / Key Activities:
Performing and representing as a first point of contact dealing with all correspondences and phone calls.
Capturing, compiling and preparing reports, expenses, presentations and correspondences.
To provide required assistance supporting the MD to convey and deliver the relevant general correspondences to all the Internal Department Heads and follow up with them efficiently.
Required to Manage a Team of Management Trainee to expand workload and scope of team coverage.
Assist with resources required to Set up and maintain Other Market Offices.
Developed systematic administrative module and overseeing office Administrative department to ensure smooth business operation.
Recruiting potential candidates and conduct interviews.
Review staff remuneration packages to ensure it is align to their qualification and job performance.
Manage internal staff disciplinary matters.
Assisting General Manager on managing client communications.
Developing proposal based on client brief and campaigns.
Market analysis, helping on exploring other markets and also undertaking hiring on the market accordingly.
Required to attend client meeting with General Manager
Use strategic thinking to see the big picture, determine the problem and understand fundamental parts of the problem
Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem, and then make recommendations for business change Identify business/industry trends in consumer lifestyle and technology; scan competitive landscape; analyze consumer data
Provide input on strategy, based on knowledge of industry and technology trends
Review sales/financial analysis (E.G., postmortem on what sold/did not sell; determine which categories have potential to move upward; cost/benefit analysis; data process modeling/analysis of problems)
Requirements & Experiences:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree in any field of Business Studies / Administration / Management / Secretarial.
Good management and communication skill; able to work independently under pressure.
Hands on ability to assist with self-Initiative, independent with strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
Strong Coordination and Good Project management skills in managing all projects management deadlines and must be able to work well under pressure to daily deadlines.
