These are contract-based and commission-based position.

BUSINESS CONSULTANTS (2 positions)
One Part Time position and one Full Time position.
Attractive generous package for the right experts selected. Commission up to RM15k/ month or more

Our clients seek to grow/ develop their operations/ business. During this time of change, the CEOs seek guidance and support of veterans/ experts with solid experience.

Consult/ support our clients in the following areas:
Improve operational results, standard, process, quality, systems, controls; Set KPI to grow ROI;
Develops solutions by describing requirements and expected outcomes.

Experienced in at least three of these areas:

  • business process reengineering, supply chain management, retail operations, customer service management, product development, sales and marketing, quality management, robotics, automation, IT, IoT, vendor and inventory management, machine learning, Big Data, Artificial Intelligent, Augmented Reality, analyzing alternative business solutions; preparing system specifications; writing programs.

Able to perform at least three of the following tasks:

  • Understand business challenges and translate them into process/ solutions
  • Facilitate process development initiatives to achieve business goals
  • Identify opportunities for improved operational performance at the organizational level
  • Conduct business operational assessments and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Develop business plan to meet clients’ top management needs and company goals and operational effectiveness
  • Study and develop strategies, systems, process capabilities, standard operating procedure
  • Identify and resolve business risks/issues
  • Recommendations business process improvement and best practices
  • Advantage: Possess professional qualifications such as Six Sigma, SAP, ERP, PERT, CPM, and TQM

Requirement

  • Professional
  • Member of top management
  • Solid skills and capabilities. At least 10 years of related experience
  • B.Science degree in any discipline
  • Experience in managing multiple departments
  • Good network with government, industry, academia OR private sectors
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Work as a team. Communicate well and are able to articulate your ideas clearly and concisely.
