A person in this position provides administrative, project, and executive support to assign department as well as oversees and coordinates the day to day activities of the office.
1. Prepare and maintain company documents and reports.
2. Answer and route phone calls and take messages.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing mails.
4. Organise trainings, client meetings and team meetings.
5. Provide operations support and documentation support for Managers.
6. Determine the administration issues and resolve them for smooth office operations.
7. Coordinate the administration activities involved in the employee recruitment, performance evaluation and termination process.
8. Coordinate with inside staffs and outside agencies for daily administrative operations.
1. Diploma or degree are preferred.
2. At least 2 years related management experience or working experience in any field.
3. Possess organising and coordinating skills.
4. Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
5. Skill in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet or presentation software.
