Job Description
- To assist the Company Secretary in administrative work ie invoicing, certification of documents, filing of statutory documents.
- To assist the Company Secretary in secretarial compliance work for public listed company and its group of companies (“Group”) which include preparation of resolutions, maintenance of statutory records and lodgement of requisite statutory returns to the relevant authorities.
- To assist the Company Secretary in Board and Shareholders matters such as organising meetings which include preparing and circulating board papers, reports, minutes, announcements, and follow-up actions based upon the decisions taken by the Board/Shareholders.
