Job Description

Part-Time Account Clerk cum Administrative Assistant
Once a week, pay by the hour @ RM8/hour as a start.
Job duties include:

  1. Issue DO and Invoice for online and offline customers
  2. Liaise with courier companies for parcels collection & delivery
  3. Filing of customers and store copies of DO, Invoices, PO and other documents
  4. Various documents sorting and filing.
  5. Run ageing reports and chase customers on outstanding payment
  6. Assists in goods picking and packing for online orders when needed
  7. Sort out and tidy up invoices and receipts for claiming purpose.


  1. Must be computer literate.
  2. Candidates with accounting background is preferred.
  3. Have experience in using accounting software (SQL, Quickbook etc)
