Job Description

  1. Records and update daily sales from outlets.
  2. Records and update monthly payment (rental and assets).
  3. Prepare admin & operation related letters.
  4. Answer incoming calls.
  5. Filing documents accordingly and systematically.
  6. Prepare payment vouchers.
  7. Prepare receipts, invoices and progress billing.
  8. Maintains office stationary and tools sufficient.
