Job Description

  • Assist Operations Department in general office administrative task.
  • Perform general and administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, binding, scanning, answering enquiries etc.
  • To manage and coordinate in procurement and purchasing activities for the company.
  • To prepare purchasing orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of purchasing documentation and records
  • To maintain the inventory stocks
  • Prepare and manage correspondences, quotations, purchase orders, reports, letters and documents.
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned by superior as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, in any field
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel is essential
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Training shall be provided if necessary
  • Preferably able to join immediately or short notice
