Job Description

Job Scope:

Able to create and maintain a complete set of accounting books and balance sheet
Manage all incoming and outgoing invoices with proper filing systems
Compile receipts and expenses according to existing accounting categories
Prepare and document all taxes and its filling
Coordinate and work with company assigned auditors on preparation of financial statements
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Process bank deposits
Reconcile financial statements
Prepare, send and store invoices
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Identify and address financial discrepancies
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

 

Qualifications:

Book Keeping & Accounting Experiences a must
Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and invoicing
Hands-on experience with accounting software a plus
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Good organizational and time-management abilities
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
