If you are looking for a job, then sign up as a Job Seeker. As a Job Seeker, you will be able to apply for the positions in our job listing.

If you are looking for employees, then sign up as an Employer. As an Employer, you will be able to post available jobs in your company on PartTimePost.com.

Do I need an email account to register with PartTimePost.com?

Yes, you do.

What happens when I connect using Facebook?

You will automatically be registered to PartTimePost. You are connected as a Job Seeker.

Is the registration on PartTimePost.com free?

Yes, we do not charge any fee on registration as a Jobseeker account.

What do I do if I forget my password or login ID?

If you have forgotten your password, click Reset Password to reset your password. An email with reset instruction will be sent to you from PartTimePost.com.

Click on the job posting that you are interested, then click “Apply Online Now!” button and attach with your recent resume. Easy and simple.

Is there any charges or fees if I apply the job via PartTimePost.com?

Your application through ours is totally free of charge. We also do not charge any fees after the applicants successfully gets the job.

What happens after I apply a job via PartTimePost.com?

You will receive a copy of your application information. The respective company will be informed and they will contact you if your application is successful.

Can foreigners apply jobs at PartTimePost.com?

Yes, you can apply for jobs with us. We have employers who welcome foreign jobseekers to work with them.

Can jobseekers reapply to the same Job Posting?

No, jobseekers can only apply ONCE for the same Job Posting.

How Do I Get Paid

How do I get paid?

Regarding the wages, payment methods are solely to the discretion of both jobseekers and employers. We will not be held liable for any of the monetary transaction between parties.

Questionable Job (Scam or Discriminatory)

Is it possible that I may encounter with a questionable job (scam or discriminatory) in PartTimePost.com?

You may unlikely to encounter with a discriminatory or scam job as we will usually conduct a human-checking process on the jobs before approving them to be posted on our job portal.

Although a human-checking process is conducted but according to our company policy, we may not fully guarantee that there will be no questionable jobs found. However, we will do our best to prevent any uncertain jobs posted. If you found any suspicious jobs on our job portal, please let us know via contact@parttimepost.com.

Function Tools

How do I browse for job adverts on PartTimePost.com that are relevant to me?

You may set your preferences such as the types of jobs, states, and job fields that you preferred and our system will help to filter out the related jobs according to your preferences. You may also click on the “Advanced Job Search” function to look for more specific job postings.

What is the "Message" function for after I had click in to the "Apply Online Now!" function?

The “Message” function is for the jobseekers to communicate with the employers.

After you had send a message through the “Apply Online Now!” function, our system will send you an email to notify you on conformation and to follow up with your progress on your job application process.

Simply, click on the “Mail Icon” next to your username, then you will be diverted to your Application Status page. You may respond to the message from the employer there.

How can I check back the number of applications that I had applied?

Simply, click on the “Mail Icon” next to your username, then you will be diverted to your Application Status page. You can still find the applications that you had applied before the expiration of the job post. You may find your applications on your “Dashboard” as well.

Why did't I receive a response from my job application?

If you did not receive any notification on your job application, you may use the “Message” function to communicate with the employer to check the status.

There are employers who take longer time to respond the candidate and some may not respond the rejected candidate.
