Provide information to customers with regards to general, technical, billing & product inquiries
Understanding customers’ needs, identify issues and provide solutions to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and increase customers loyalty.
Introduce & promote the company’s products & services
Manage end to end inquiries/sales & customers account.
Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a high level of service and professionalism at all times.
Make outbound calls (from a list/data provided) regarding products, services, billings, retentions, contract renewal, etc.
