Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Scope:
* Responsible and manage full spectrum of Admin functions.
* Answer incoming calls.
* Compose correspondences, fax, distribute and file documentation.
* Receive and distribute incoming documents or parcels.
* Make travel arrangements.
* Co-ordinating seminars/trainings/workshops.
* Prepare sales & marketing materials for events.
* Responsible for sourcing and ordering of office necessities; etc.
* Liaise with suppliers for quotes and prepare necessary documentations.
* Take notes and prepare minutes of meeting.
* Consolidate weekly and monthly reports from sales & others.
Job Requirements :
*Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting/Admin/Business Admin
*Those with at least 2 year of experience is an advantage
*Fresh graduated are welcome
*Independent, self motivated and responsible
Candidate to be based at ZENITH,Kelana Jaya.Opposite Paradigm Shopping Mall.
