Full Time Admin Assistant (Prefer Male) at GSK Pharmaceutical Sdn Bhd

1. Assist with the administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Coordinator / Executive Assistant.
2. Be the contact person for all enquiries by the customers and to liase with the individual reps concerned.
3. Filing for all related departmental matters for easy and quick retrievals for information and references.
4. Support the department in organizing meetings from small scale to the major events.
5. 5 working day, Mon – Fri.
- SPM / STPM / O-Level / A-Level / Diploma holder
- At least one (1) years work experience in an Administration
- Preferably in a related line
- Experience in planning and organizing events and programs.
- Exposure in matrix reporting responsibilities
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
