Job Description:

Job responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptionally good customer service for our clients and customers whilst ensuring regulatory principles & processes including internal policies are followed and delivered consistently.
* Ability to view department’s workload for claims and task assigned, monitoring and setting reserves, following processes and escalating in accordance with the guideline / processes.
* Ensure that all incoming post/emails, including priority cost, new claims, queries and complaints are managed following best practices.
* Proactive communication with clients and respond to general queries using excellent methods and ensure administration calls and written correspondences are handled promptly.
* Experience in claims assessing, preferably travel claims. * 1-2 years experience is sorted for.
* Self motivated and able to work under pressure with a high level of responsibilities.
* Able to multi-task, prioritize to meet varying tasks and deadlines.
Job requirements:
* Candidates with claims assessing experience are encouraged to apply.

* Able to speak and write exceptionally well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Candidates with Insurance background specialising in Non- Motor Claims & Motor Claims are encouraged to apply.
* Basic Salary offered from RM2,500 (negotiable higher depending on experience).
* Candidates must be able to work in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
* 50 immediate positions are available.
