- Determine the serving of meals for patients, depending on their health and their needs
- Oversees the preparation and accuracy of the rules of hygiene during food serving
- Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards
- Coordinate recipe development and standardization and develop new menus for independent food service operations
Job Requirement:
- Malaysian citizen only
- Degree in nutrition, food science, pharmacy or related field
- Required Language: English, Malay, Mandarin (optional)
- Can start work immediately
- Applicant must have good communication skill especially can speak in good English
- Salary is based on the working experience and performance during the interview
