Job Description:
Responsibilities:
-Attends to incoming and outgoing calls.
-Sort out all incoming and outgoing mails to / form respective departments.
-Handle enquiries from walk in customers / tenants.
-Perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
-at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
-Familiar with Microsoft Office.
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and / or major Chinese dialects.
-Pleasant personality.
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
