Age: 30-45 years old

Monthly personal income: More than RM8K OR Monthly household income: More than RM12K

Gender: 3 Female & 2 Male (Chinese)

Mortgage: 2 Refinance & 3 New (good mix)

Language: Chinese that can read, write and speak Chinese and English as second language.

Primary school must be SRJK (C)aka Chinese educated primary school

Must intend to take up mortgage in the next 18 month from
