Full Time Software Manager (RM8000) at Ceo Consultancy

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

-Manage a multi-national development team (Suzhou, Shanghai, Malaysia)

-Project Manage the complete life cycle of project/programs starting from scoping, planning, design.

-Quality assurance, implementation, deployment, up-to project closure

-Defines Business Requirements and Project Life cycle deployment (Agile)

-Defines Schedule Planning, Project Deliverables, Goals and Milestones

-Directly work with project stakeholders to report daily updates and project status

-Effectively utilizing team members to his/her fullest potential

-Demonstration of leadership and team motivation

-Team guidance on Requirements Design, Technical Detailed —Design and others

-Directs and oversees Project Technical Team and manage teams conflicts

-Perform Team Assessments and Evaluations

-Design and Review Technical and Project documentations

Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 6 years of experience in managing Java/J2EE projects

-Good understanding on open source frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JSF2)

-Applied Object-Oriented Design and Analysis experience

-Knowledge of Java Design Patterns

-Knowledge of Web technologies (JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is essential

-Knowledge of Ajax, JSON and uses of Jquery or Jquery mobile a plus

-Strong organizational skills with a capacity for attending to coding detail

-Proven experience with application servers (Tomcat, jBoss, Websphere or WebLogic)

-Ability to technically communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members

Mobile web page development experience a plus

-Good writing and communication skills in English
