Full Time Merchant Relationship Senior Executive/Executive at ICT Utopia Sdn Bhd

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- To acquire and maintain corporate and key merchants for Utopia Lifestyle Loyalty Program;

- To identify and develop new business opportunities with respect to merchant acquiring services;

- To conduct cross sell and service support for existing corporate and key merchants;

- To review and analyze the performance of corporate and key merchants regularly and prepare reports for Management review;

- To perform corporate and key merchant visit and provide outstanding service deliveries to continuously enhance merchant relationship;

- Other assignments being assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

- Possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent;

- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply; With working experience in relevant field will be an added advantage;

- Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint;

- A good team player who can get things done thru working hand in hand with peers and subordinates in a result driven environment;

- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia in both writing and speaking;

- A high degree of initiative and strong communication/interpersonal skills

- Meticulous, responsible, able to do multi taking and work independently.
