Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* To lead and manage the overall daily operations of the outlet

* Coordinate tasks to ensure that the outlet runs efficiently and smoothly

* Maintain quality store operations

* Address guest concerns, requests, or issues either individually or by enlisting the help of others

* Give constructive feedback to staffs to help them do their jobs better

* Contributes to store profitability

Requirements:

* Minimum SPM with good interpersonal and communication skill

* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Full-Time position

* Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

* Bonus depend on performance of staff and outlet
