Job Description:
Dear Marketing Staff,
A few marketing staffs has earned the following income.
1. ISO 9000 Project at RM25,000, marketing staff earned RM10,000.
2. ISO 9000 Project at RM20,000, marketing staff earned RM6,000.
3. ISO 9000 Project at RM10,000, marketing staff earned RM3,000.
A. Your Knowledge.
Do you know about Training Programmes?
Have you done marketing in Training Programmes?
B. Your Skills.
Are you able to meet HR/MD/CEO and present to factories and companies?
Are you able to do presentation and do cost anlaysis for Training?
C. Your Connections.
The more people you know in HR/Training/ MD/ CEO the better.
Are you an expert in HRDF/SBL/SBL-Khas programmes?
D. Your Income.
So, you can earn the basic 5% of all projects secures if unable to do presentation.
Earn 30% of all projects secured if able to make presentation, case-by-case.
In most cases, earn 10% of all projects secured.
