Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:-

• Month end closing, financial & management reporting

• Statutory and Corporate reporting

• Sound internal controls environment

• Compliance with Corporate policies, US GAAP and statutory requirements.

• Develop mthly mgt information reporting system for tracking business trends & performances compared to plan, forecasts and prior year.

• Provide and coordinate all requirements for forecasts and plan processes

• Develop & implement processes & models for improving accuracy, timeliness & predictability of financial results.

• Working capital & operating cash flow through effective mgt of receivables, inventory, A/R, progress collections & capital expenditures.

• Drive delivery of performance and results in Finance Department.

Requirements:-

- Accountancy Degree or equivalent.

- 8 years and above working experience and minimum 2 year experience in handling full set of account of a similar business operation, experienced in managing a team, leading change and business financial skills

- Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills

- Must be a proactive team player and able to lead a finance team

- Strong knowledge in the relevant business operation

- Well versed in PC skills particularly in MS Office (Excel, Words, Power point)
