Guardian - Retail Management Trainee
Job Description:
The objective of this position is to provide relevant work exposure for the candidate to assume a future role in Management for our organization.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline or possess at least 1 – 2 years’ of retail experience.
• Proactive, open-minded and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and responsibility.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mobile and willing to relocate within Malaysia.
• Able to work long hours and irregular hours, i.e. public holidays and shift work.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply and training will be provided.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
