Part time Personal Assistant
Job Description:
Have few hours a week to spare?
Part time work available
I’m swamped with too much paperwork! Need a Personal Assistant to rescue me.
Part time post, but I’m looking for someone who can help me out in the long term on part time basis. So, I don’t have to re-hire and re-train. (Students waiting for results need not apply)
Looking for someone who is currently working freelance and have few hours to spare.
Or students from uni or college.
If you have no problem with the following:
- Twice a week work on weekdays, estimate 4 hours per day = 40 hours per month
- RM7.00/hour
- Can start immediately
- Based in condo (home office)- you will need to register at the guard house.
- Filing
- Co-coordinating tasks
- Working with computers- Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- If you have your own laptop, that is an advantage
I need you to be:
Meticulous
Good in spoken & written English, must!
Dependable- that means having qualities of responsibility of showing up on time, being accountable.
Have initiative
