Position:
Customer Service Executive
(Part Time & Full Time, Location: Selayang, Selangor)
We are helping up our client to establish a membership rewards programme for their shopping mall. Customers will enjoy varieties of privileges, discounts & free gifts after they join the membership by FREE. We need 10 Customer Service Executives (Part Time or Fulltime) to handle this programme at our shopping mall.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be fully involved in the day-to-day workload, which consist of membership registration, promoting our membership privileges & maintaining customer relationship.
- Flexible working hours from 10am-10pm (shopping mall hour) & 7 days per week
- Basic salary of RM8 per hour + Incentives (average of RM150-RM300 / day)

Requirements:
- Must Below 30 years old
- Working experience in sales / marketing or related field will be a definite advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Part-Time and Full-Time positions is available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Good command of English and Chinese
- A passion for meeting and talking to people & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, result oriented and willing to learn to explore new knowledge.
