Gala Night Dinner with Cultural Performances
Job Description:
Function: Gala Night Dinner.
Location: Berjaya Times Square KL
Date: 19 march
Time: 10am-1am (event starts at 6pm, but have to be there early for briefing,training, rehearsals)
*Food Provided*
10 Girls, 20 Guys (Presentable look, at least 158cm for girls, 162cm for guys)
Payment: rm120
Job Scope:
-You wil be divided into two teams,
Register Team,
Registering the members and help out a bit during the event, nothing much to do, easiest job!
Usher Team,
Event crew of the day, will be briefed on the procedures. NEED PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTIVE AND POSSES GOOD Attitude.
Dresscode: will be given costumes, malaysian cultural costumes – non sexy.
6 Freelancers (Prefer Experienced event staffs, guy or girls are welcomed.)
Position: Event Coordinator (basically my eyes, supervisors)
Payment: RM 150-170 (depending on experienced)
Dresscode: Uniforms will be given, MUST PREPARE own black pants and Shoes!
Job Scope: Coordinate the workers throughout the whole event, help out the admins, NEED TO RUN AROUND, basically to coordinate the whole event. I NEED EXPERIENCED WORKERS ONLY, I need people who are ACTIVE and with GOOD ATTITUDE!. Those with dinner events experiences are encouraged to apply.
6 Freelancers (Prefer Experienced event staffs, guy or girls are welcomed.)
Position: Stage Assistant
Payment: RM 150-170 (depending on experienced)
Dresscode: Uniforms will be given, MUST PREPARE own black pants and Shoes!
Job Scope: Help out the stage performers, I NEED EXPERIENCED WORKERS ONLY. Those with stage experiences are encouraged to apply. I need people who are ACTIVE and with GOOD ATTITUDE!
10 Freelancers (Event Crew)
Position: Event Crew, Event Assistant
Payment: RM 150-160
Dresscode: Uniforms will be given, MUST PREPARE own black pants and Shoes!
Job Scope: Help out throughout the whole event including setup and tear down.
(READ FIRST!)
Requirements: At least 18 of age, and has experience in events. Freelancers with gala night dinner ushering experiences are encouraged. Able to speak good ENGLISH AND MALAY, PRESENTABLE LOOK.
- This event is very important, therefore i need only SERIOUS and PEOPLE WHO CAN WORK!.
- Please confirm that you are free on that day before you apply for this job, THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY CONFIRMED BUT LAST MINUTE CANCEL WILL BE BLACKLISTED. I cannot simply replace a person for this event, so must understand.I wont accept even if you have a friend to replace.
