Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Building/Civil) or equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Good knowledge of mechanical & electrical equipment and systems, with Sound security and safety knowledge.
4. Male 28 – 35 years old

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage outsourcing services related to building maintenance activities to ensure efficiency delivery
2. Initiate direct and monitor the performance of sub-contractors.
3. Build rapport and good partnership with relevant government agencies and facility companies
