Warehouse Assistant
Job Description:
We are American GPS and consumer electronic wholesalers based in Malaysia. Supplying all the major online gadget stores and ICT based products, we are increasing our sales year on year and require more help in the warehouse. Your duties will include:
Checking and unpacking incoming stock for wholesale
Packing and counting wholesale stock for dispatch
Moderating our wholesale website/sales assistant
Picking , packing and invoicing our retail orders
Updating the retail website and maintaining the stock levels
General tidying of warehouse
Lifting and moving of boxes is an everyday part of the job so a good level of fitness is necessary.
Calling customers and discussing out of stocks and stock issues is also part of the role.
We use a windows based stock system so need a computer literate candidate
The successful candidate must:
Communicate in good English m written and verbal
Be reliable and punctual
Be computer literate
Be able to work in a small team
Be flexible as the job is varied
Have a full working VISA
Provide references when required
Hours of work will be from 9:30am to 5.30m, Monday to Friday.
Salary – RM1200 (basic)
Start date: 7th Jan 2010 – but we are holding interviews by 5 Jan 2010.
Applicants must be legally entitled to work full time in Malaysia.
