Job Description:

  1. Handling incoming calls and order taking
  2. Handling inquiries and feedback made by the customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
  3. Other Customer Service related functions

Requirements

  1. Minimum SPM with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  2. Familiar with PC applications
