Job Description:

Patient Management Duties :

  • Day to day outlet management.
  • Answer telephone/email enquiries.
  • Prepare and mail information packs.
  • Date entry maintenance of patient medical files.
  • Outlet reception.

Type of Person:

  • Team player.
  • Pleasant attitude and customer care focus.
  • Excellent self management and time keeping.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Resourcefulness and initiative.
  • Candidate must be able to speak in Mandarin, Cantonese & English.

Working days : Monday – Saturday

Working hours : 12 noon – 9pm (Saturday : 12pm – 7pm).
