Customer Service Consultant
Job Description:
Patient Management Duties :
- Day to day outlet management.
- Answer telephone/email enquiries.
- Prepare and mail information packs.
- Date entry maintenance of patient medical files.
- Outlet reception.
Type of Person:
- Team player.
- Pleasant attitude and customer care focus.
- Excellent self management and time keeping.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Resourcefulness and initiative.
- Candidate must be able to speak in Mandarin, Cantonese & English.
Working days : Monday – Saturday
Working hours : 12 noon – 9pm (Saturday : 12pm – 7pm).
