Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and resolve problems relating to ERP.
- Communicate with business unit customers to facilitate identification of process improvement, software design, testing and implementation of complex solutions.
- Require to perform documentation work for developed system & process management.
- Organize and provide user training as and when required.
- Develop report specifications, data element definitions and standard logic necessary for Business Intelligence implementation and operation.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years hand on experience in related field.
- Diploma or Degree in IT, IS or related field with strong working knowledge of ERP.
- Hands on experience in Microsoft.net development, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management and end users.
- Good command of the English language in both written & spoken, and good presentation skill.
- Strong comprehensive, analytical with initiative and innovative qualities.
- Independent and work as a team player
