Senior .NET Programmer & Development Team Lead

Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of and programming for knowledge management back end functionalities
- To understand user requirements, and to adapt accordingly with any changes in scope throughout project cycle
- To guide and mentor junior programmers and developers in the project team
- To create reusable classes,frames,code prototypes for junior developers to use as guides
- To test back end functionalities with design and requirement specifications
- To produce sufficient documentations and conduct knowledge transfer sessions when needed
- To conduct R&D on new and relevant technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Strong background and knowledge in Microsoft.NET Technologies (ASP.Net, VB.Net)and MS SQL database
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Must be extremely motivated and have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
