Job Description:
Role:
- Provide timely, accurate and relevant information to customers, i.e. accurate product and pricing information based on customer needs.
- Proactively assist and respond in a timely manner to customer complaints.
- Provide accurate resolution to issues raised.
- Identify and act on selling opportunities to increase revenue, whilst providing suitable solutions to customers’ requirements.
- Administer transactional information and ensure system entries are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Remuneration:
RM2500 – RM3500
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post 2. Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- Experienced in contact center environment.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work on rotation shift.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
