Job Description:
AliceWonders.com – Our shopping realm is expanding and we are looking for fresh, motivated and entreprenuering fast-learners to join our exciting journey!
As an entrepreneur intern, you will get to:
- Learn hands-on how to manage BOTH an online and retail business
- Develop skills on basic online sales & marketing, e-commerce systems, customer relationship management, supply management etc
- Develop business strategy thinking and acumen which will be advantagous in the corporate world

What is in the program:
- 1. Basic management and administration which includes:
- Packing & Delivery
- Stock and supply management (uploading new products, featuring and marketing the item)
- Store sales
- Customer relationship management (emails, blogging, newsletter)
- 2. Monthly Pet Project
- One/two project in areas of business development, new product launch, systems set up, Marketing/PR campaigns etc
- Interns are encouraged to suggest own projects
- Coaching and mentoring will be provided
Applicants with the additional skills below are encouraged to apply (additional remuneration for skills below):
1. Photoshop/Graphic Designing
2. IT/Programming (PHP, HTML etc)
3. Fashion Blogging
We highly encourage applications from high school/college/university students!
Hours:
- On-site: 1:30pm-5:30pm (Stationed at Centerpoint BU)
- Off-site: Flexible hours, as long as projects are completed
Preference:
- Fluent English writing and conversational skills
- Have own laptop/computer
- Have own transport
Salary:
- RM600 + sales commission + additional remuneration for extra skills
