Job Description:

1. Plan & Schedule driver daily schedule.
2. On-field observation of operation units’ performance.
3. Ensure operation units compliance with company standards and policies.
4. Liaise with operation units’ problems and issues.
5. Carry out ad-hoc and special assignments/projects as and when delegated by the management.
6. Improve operation effectiveness & efficiency

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least 1 year experience in factory operations
2. Candidate must be self-motivated and to able work independently.
3. Strong analytical and communication skills.
