Admin cum Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of customer service including customer feedbacks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist call-in customers for product enquiry.
- Perform general administration work including compiling, preparing and keying-in data.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports.
- Ensure filing systems in order.
- Compile data and assist in preparation of reports for meeting, monthly sales and operation review.
- Record minutes of meeting and prepare circulars.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Have ‘can-do’ attitude, highly organized and excellent in details.
- Good interpersonal and telecommunication skills.
- Excellent working attitude and self-motivated.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Computer literate with Microsoft word, Excel and Internet.
