Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• To conduct phone calls to recover debt.
• To update all relevant details communicated with debtors in status for future follow up and reference.
• To ensure that all cases are handled in a most professional manner.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/STPM/O Level.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Working experience in credit control and banking line will be an advantage.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
